Today’s workout is one you can do anywhere at anytime. No special equipment necessary.
The moves below will allow you to work your body, build strength and get a cardio effect all at the same time.

As always, please be careful and strive to use proper form. Watch the videos for tips and instruction on doing each exercise correctly.
50 Jumping jacks
20 Push ups
20 Squats or squat jumps
20 Tricep dips (do these with your hands on a chair, step or other study surface. I’ve even done them on the side of the bathtub!)
20 Plyometric lunges (if you are a beginner, regular lunges are still effective. Do those.)
10 Full sit ups
30-Seconf Plank
Repeat, if desired.
