Workout Wednesday 30-01-13

As a personal trainer one of the things I hear most often is people complaining about how they can’t lose those unwanted kilos (or pounds) for countless reasons the most popular excuses being – “I don’t have time” or “I don’t have (or can’t afford) a gym membership or that fancy equipment.

Fooey! I say fooey to that.

So, this week I am giving you a fast and efficient workout. No equipment, no excuses.

Firstly we need to warm up for 5 minutes or so. Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around the living room, do step ups on the stairs. Anything to get you warm.

Then we get. it. done.

Now, we are going to perform 15 reps of each exercise with a 1 minute rest once all exercises have been done through once. Then we repeat the entire routine through twice more for a total of 3 sets!

and go –

This workout is quick and easy, you. can. do. it!

Then finish with a nice little cool down, maybe take a slow walk or something anything to help bring the heart rate down, then finish with few stretches.

Give yourself a pat on the back for getting your blood pumping, endorphins flowing and calories burning.

You are ah-mazing!
