So my week has not ended well . . . I’m sick, boooooo!!!
My head has been spinning so much I didn’t even realise it was time to make the menu plan! Honestly I had no idea what day it was, does that happen to you?
Anyway here is to a new (and brighter) week 🙂
So here it is, my menu plan for this week –
Menu Plan Monday –
Monday –
Dinner – Roast chicken with baked sweet potatoes, broccoli and corn on the cob
Tuesday –
Dinner – This recipe at Better with Cake adapted from The Pioneer woman – Simple Sesame Noodles
Wednesday –
Dinner – Left over noodles served with tofu in a home made satay sauce
Thursday –
Dinner – Grilled white fish served with roasted cauliflower, spinach and slivered almond salad with a side of baked sweet potato wedges.
Friday –
Dinner – Mushroom, spinach and tomato omelette served with green beans
Saturday –
Dinner – Chicken, avocado and black bean Quesadillas
Sunday –
Dinner – From How Sweet Eats – Crispy Salmon with creamy basil noodles
