Happy Monday!

How is your week looking?

I am so excited, tomorrow I am going to try out a new power yoga class with one of my girlfriends! I must admit I’m a little nervous . . . power yoga . . . the title is intimidating enough right? Add to that the fact thats its in a room heated to 30’C . . . plus the small fact that the only yoga I have done in the last 5 years is right here in my living room where no one can see me!

Here’s hoping I don’t fall on my face . . . or knock someone else over . . . or faint!
