Wednesday –
Dinner – This recipe at Better with Cake adapted from The Pioneer Woman’s Chipotle Steak Salad
Thursday –
Dinner – From Two Peas and their Pod – Vegetarian Quinoa Chili
Friday –
Dinner – Left Over Chilli
Saturday –
Dinner – From Cheeky Kitchen – Spinach, Chicken and Artichoke pizza
Sunday –
Dinner – Teriyaki Salmon served with stir fry vegetables (carrots, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower)
If I’m not too keen on Kangaroo what would be another type of sausage I could have instead that isn’t too fatty?
hmmm I dont think there is anything as lean or as high in protein as kangaroo. You could try Chicken or Turkey though?
Or just substitute grilled chicken, fish or extra lean steak?
