You guys . . . I think I’m getting sick.

Ugh all this crazy weather we have been having has finally caught up with me so, Im going to keep this short and sweet.

This weeks menu super simple and packed full of veggies yummy, vitamin packed veggies.

Dinner – Spaghetti Squash with chargrilled red capsicum and tomato sauce (home made), garlic and parmesan grilled chicken, carrots and broccoli

Dinner – Grilled fish with roast cauliflower and spinach salad

Wednesday –

Dinner – Zucchini Frittata and simple salad

Thursday –

Dinner – Kangaroo Sausage with baked sweet potato wedges and baby spinach

Dinner – From Better with CakeLow Carb Burgers 

Saturday –

Dinner – Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry with home made Peanut sauce

Sunday –
