It’s that time again . . . yet another magnificent monday!
Is it just me or do they seem to be coming a little faster as the weeks roll on?
How is it september already?!
Spring is in the air and I am feeling good. Oh how I love days spent at the beach, taking walks in the park and topped off with all kinds of refreshing and delicious salads . . . and then there’s the fruit! Bring it on!

Dinner – From Eat. Live. Run – Crock pot tex mex chicken lettuce wraps
Tuesday –
Dinner – From Skinny Taste – Angel Hair Pasta with zucchini and tomatoes served as a side dish with some grilled chicken breast
Wednesday –
Dinner – Kangaroo Sausage served with baby spinach, oven roasted carrot “chips” and Baked sweet potato
Thursday –
Dinner – From A Spicy Perspective – Grilled Dijon Pork Tenderloin served with this simple spinach salad from Better with Cake
Friday –
Dinner – From Skinny Taste – Steak with Balsamic and red onion tomatoes served with green beans.
Saturday –
Dinner – From Better with Cake – Simple perfect Chilli
Sunday –
Dinner – From How Sweet it is – Tilapia “Burgers” with watermelon salsa and avocado (note I say “burgers” as we are currently obsessed with having our burgers bunless and wrapping them in lettuce leaves instead. O-B-S-E-S-S-E-D)
