Ok so I know we are all crazy busy, especially today right. Getting dressed up, painting fun faces, trick or treating on top of our usual busyness. Right?
Right! So, today lets just get out and get. it. done!
I have talked before about how much I love, love, love HIIT training so today Im doing a fast and dirty HIIT session.

Good, lets do this –
So, as always – warm up for 5 minutes. Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around the living room, do step ups on the stairs. Anything to get you warm.
Then we get s-e-r-i-o-u-s.
All out as much as you can give for 40 seconds then we have a 60 second (active) recovery. You know your body, don’t over do it now but no holding back either ok?
Good. So here is what we are going to do –
Then finish with a nice little cool down, maybe take a slow walk or something anything to help bring the heart rate down, then finish with few stretches.
Now, bring on the halloween festivities!!!!!!!
