I love to feel challenged, I love to feel strong but exhausted when I’m done. I love to see results!

Lunge w/ tricep kickback
Push up w/ alt leg raise
12 (6 each leg)
Dead lift w/ posterior fly
Single leg Lunges
8-10 (each leg)
Squats with deltoid raise
24 (12 each side)
