
The last week of July has arrived . . . well the last few days of July!
How was your weekend?
We had a wonderful weekend. Nice and quiet, filled with lazy days enjoying the blissful winter weather we have been having. Bright blue skies, refreshing winter wind, perfect for family fun filled mornings at the park with a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee. Ahh bliss
This week my beautiful niece turns 11!!!
I can not believe it?! Feeling a little old here people.
Here’s to enjoying the last few days of July, the happiest of birthdays to my beautiful niece and kicking off a rocking August . . .

Wednesday -
Dinner – From The Skinny Skillet – Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast served with Carrots and Green beans
Thursday -
Dinner – From Better with Cake – Best. Burgers. Ever – Served bun less with spinach, avocado and tomato with a side of Homemade Baked sweet potato wedges
Friday -
Dinner – From Eat. Live. Run - Crockpot Steak Carnitas Tacos
Saturday -
Dinner – From Better with Cake – Build your own pizza night
Sunday -
Dinner – Roast Chicken served with baked sweet potatoes, Broccoli and corn.
