Menu Plan Monday 28-01-13

Here we are, another new week is upon us. Not just another new week, the last week of January.

Um, how is that possible?

Slow down already 2013, sllloooowwwww down!

How was your weekend?

I have to tell you, I’m in a but of a funk this weekend. Not sure what the deal is, I can’t seem to pin point it I just kinda feel . . . flat.

Im hoping a week of sweet family time, good training and yummy food will help me get my groove back.

So here it is this weeks menu plan –

 

Menu Plan Monday –

Monday –

Dinner – Grilled Fish with roast cauliflower and spinach salad

Tuesday –

Dinner – Grilled Chicken served with Creamy Basil Spaghetti Squash and  oven roast tomatoes.

Wednesday –

Dinner – From Eat. Live. Run – Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers, served Low Carb style (aka in a lettuce cup) with baked sweet potato wedges

Thursday –

Dinner – Curried Chickpea Patties with salad

Friday –

Dinner – From The Pioneer Woman Tremendously Delicious Marinated Steak with simple garden salad

Saturday –

Dinner – Fajita Grilled Chicken salad

Sunday –

Dinner – Garlic and Rosemary and Lemon Roast chicken with Baked sweet potatoes and brocolli
