Well friends the first week of October is done and dusted can you believe it?
I for one can not!
Christmas decorations already out in stores . . .say whhaaa?? To soon people, to soon!

I am looking forward to a week filled with some quality family time, hard core training and deeeelicious dinners.
Now if only this cah-razy sydney weather would figure out what it’s doing so I can dress accordingly that would be great

Dinner – From Better with Cake – Chipotle Steak Salad

Dinner – From Eat. Live. Run – Steak Kabobs with Creamy Avocado Dipping Sauce

Dinner – Garlic, Lemon and Rosemary Grilled Chicken and salad
