
Menu Plan Monday -
I am such a creature of habit. I tend to find myself stuck in a food rut. What can I say, I like what I like and I’m happy to rotate the same handful of tasty dishes over and over again. Thankfully my family enjoy the same rotation and graciously accept whatever meal I put before them.
Over the last week or so I made a decision to attempt one new recipe a week…..so far so good (week one has gone well anyway
). Tonights dinner was a new recipe From Pink Parsley - Chipotle Portobello “Burgers” ….
I think I’m in love! It just goes to show sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone (no matter how big or small that step may be) can be one of the best decisions you ever made!
Even if it is just for this delicious new “burger”
Monday -
Dinner – From Pink Parsley – Chipotle Portobello “Burgers” served with baby carrots and spinach salad.
Tuesday -
Dinner – Kangaroo sausage and salad
Wednesday -
Dinner - Grilled chicken Burritos
Thursday -
Dinner – From Recipe Girl - Herb crusted pork tenderloin served with salad
Friday -
Dinner – Grilled chicken served with Brussel sprouts, bacon and cherries from Eat Live Run
Saturday -
Dinner – From Cheeky Kitchen – Big Mouth Turkey Burgers
Sunday -
Dinner – Pan seared Fish served with baby spinach, roasted cauliflower and sweet potato wedges.
