Menu Plan Monday 01-10-12

You guys . . . I have a confession to make . . . I had a soda this weekend.

And it was so good!

Just one soda no big deal I know, problem is I. Want. More.

Like really, really want more!!!!!!

Ugh . . . back to square one . . .

Dinner – Kangaroo Sausage with Home made oven baled sweet potato wedges and spinach salad

Tuesday –

Dinner – Spinach and Ricotta filo parcels served with oven roast tomatoes and salad

Wednesday –

Dinner – From How Sweet it is – Sweet Potato Quinoa Cakes served with simple spinach salad

Thursday –

Dinner – Grilled Fish with Roasted cauliflower and almond spinach salad

Friday –

Dinner – From Better with CakeRanch Style Chicken salad

Saturday –

Dinner – From The Pioneer Woman CooksLow Carb Burgers served with home made over baked seasoned wedges

Sunday –

Dinner – From Better with CakeBBQ Spiced Salmon and salad

    I don’t think you should be so hard on yourself! One slip every now and then won’t completely ruin the progress you have made. I speak from experience – I have had those slip ups and have really gotten down on myself. Just remember that you can begin again tomorrow! Tomorrow is a new day! :)
