“How do you find time to exercise?” is one of the most frequently asked questions by moms who want to get in shape.

I think most of us have. When we see a mom on the journey to wellness, we want details!
Details help us think of new ways to do things and motivate us to get moving.
We are excited to begin a new series here at Real Fit Moms that features real moms (like you and me) answering those questions.
We will be interviewing moms of varying levels of fitness and finding out just how they stay fit and healthy. We will find out what they do and how they do it!
This series is intended to show how real moms make time for heath in the hopes that it will inspire other women to make healthy changes in their lives.
Everyone is unique and has a different set of circumstances to work with, different obstacles to overcome, and different goals to achieve. We can all learn something from one another.
