
How was your weekend?
I had a wonderful weekend attending one of the most beautiful weddings I have been to in a very long time. There is something about weddings really makes me take time to reflect on and really appreciate the blessings I have.
A wonderful loving (and seriously entertaining) family, a cozy little apartment, good health and more than enough food.
I do love food, everything about it. I could look at recipes for hours! I also adore grocery shopping. Really, I. LOVE. IT! People think I’m crazy . . . Oh and FYI since making our weekly menu plans we have saved around $50 a week on groceries!

Dinner - From Better with Cake – Teriyaki Salmon and salad
